Thank you for being here. I am your therapist Trina.
I am a mum to three almost teenagers and started my healing journey when they were just born. After suffering a neck injury that prevented me from being a functioning Mum, I discovered Bowen Therapy.
The rest, as they say is history.
With my love of learning I have added different modalities to my toolkit over the years, so that I can provide you with the most holistic approach that serves your particular needs in the moment.
